HARCO  is an office furniture service company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada that has been in operation since 1984.  We are continuously looking for ways to improve and expand our existing services for our customers' convenience and peace of mind. For better service to our customers, we offer an on-line replacement key ordering service that allows you to place an order at your convenience. 

Our website is designed to allow for our customers to request a pricing quote on key orders or to place an actual order if a quote is not required. There is no need to worry about any costs involved by completing our on-line form.  Once a request for a 'pricing quote' is submitted, a customized quotation is provided for each and every request.  Our company will not act on any requests for pricing quotes, until our office receives authorization by the customer to proceed with the order.  All orders submitted to be processed without pricing are handled just as efficiently. 

Routine key orders are couriered by UPS to our customers within 24 hours for anyone using our automated service.  All pricing can be provided in either Canadian or American funds. Payment by credit card is available, (Mastercard or Visa) an account number is required at the time of ordering and will not charged until UPS has confirmed delivery. We guarantee to match or beat any competitor's pricing. 

Should you wish to "test" our automated service at no obligation, please complete the appropriate form on our website.  Before submitting the form, enter the word "test" in the field for the "Purchase Order". In no way does this obligate you to purchase the order submitted. This only provides an idea of how this service operates. 

Should you wish to proceed with an actual request for pricing quote, complete the form without inserting "test" in the Purchase Order field note where indicated that a 'Quote' is required. 

Should you wish to place an order without a pricing quote, indicate this in the appropriate field and an Order will be generated. A Key Order Number is assigned to all requests whether a quote for pricing is required or not, to allow for tracking of the order placed.
